  • Mondays – Fridays: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointment Policy

To allow us to spend the appropriate time with our patients, in exams and during surgery, we recommend you make an appointment. Feel free to call the clinic or you may schedule appointments online.

During a pet emergency, please bring the patient to us as soon as possible. No appointment is necessary for emergencies, but an advanced call allows us to be prepared for your arrival.

We make every effort to see each patient on time. Occasionally, due to an emergency, you may experience a delay. We appreciate your understanding on these rare occasions.

If you have a pet emergency when our clinic is closed, we recommend these emergency procedures.

Leash/Carrier Policy

We provide a comfortable environment for our patients and pet owners. However, some pets can be anxious in new surroundings, around new people, and when exposed to other pets.

For the safety of our patients and their people, we ask you to restrain your pets. All animals should be controlled on a leash or secured in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room, and kept contained until instructed by our staff.

Preventive Care Keeps Pets Healthy

Vaccinations and preventive care help pets stay healthy. Vaccinating your pet is the easiest way to prevent many serious and infectious diseases. Our team works with you, to create a prevention plan that meets your pet’s unique needs.

Regular exams and diagnostics find developing problems before symptoms surface. Pets age more rapidly than humans, and health problems progress rapidly too. Even if your pet seems healthy, diseases and conditions can be developing undetected. Physical exams and diagnostic tests are critical to identifying problems in pets that are not yet symptomatic.

Preventive care improves quality of life and enhances longevity for many pets. Wellness and preventive care helps detect diseases at the earliest stages, before they become more serious — and more expensive.
